Welcome to RenoCost. By accessing and using our website and renovation cost calculator, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

By using RenoCost, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

3. Nature of Our Service

RenoCost provides an online renovation cost calculator that generates estimated costs based on:

• • UK average costs and market data
• • Regional cost variations based on postcode

4. Estimates Disclaimer

We strongly recommend obtaining at least three written quotes from qualified UK tradespeople before commencing any renovation work. RenoCost does not guarantee the accuracy of any estimates and accepts no liability for decisions made based on our calculations.

4a. Enquiry Submissions and Authorisation to Share

Our enquiry form asks you to tick a required box confirming that you request RenoCost to help you obtain quotations or services. By submitting the form you:

• Authorise RenoCost to share your enquiry and contact details with up to three suitable tradespeople; and
• Authorise RenoCost to share your enquiry with trusted lead generation partners where this is necessary or appropriate to help you obtain quotations or related services.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the person (or are authorised to act on behalf of the person) whose details are being submitted.

The tradespeople and partners you are introduced to are independent businesses. Once we have shared your enquiry, they become independent controllers of your personal data and are responsible for how they use it and for any quotation, contract, work, warranty or dispute that follows. 5. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and truthful information about your property
• • Not use our service for any unlawful purpose
• • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or servers
• • Not use automated systems to access our service without permission
• • Not submit false or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the RenoCost website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of RenoCost or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• • We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

14a. Homeowner Enquiry Terms (RenoCost Trade Network)

These additional terms apply to trade businesses receiving a homeowner enquiry through the RenoCost Trade Network:

• RenoCost acts as an introducer only and does not guarantee that the homeowner will award you the work.
• Homeowner enquiries are currently free for RenoCost Trade Members. We may introduce optional premium features in the future.
• You may only use the homeowner's personal information to respond to the specific enquiry you receive. You may not add the homeowner to marketing lists, share their details with third parties, or contact them about anything else.
• You confirm that you are a legitimate UK trade business with the relevant insurance and right to operate.
• RenoCost is not a party to any contract that arises between you and the homeowner. Any work, payment, dispute or warranty is solely between you and the homeowner.
• RenoCost may suspend or remove members at any time for misuse of homeowner data, repeated unresponsiveness, or breach of these terms.
• All homeowner data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
